Break Ground Form: Your name, email address, a description of your business idea, what is driving you, and why you are reaching out now.
Skill Assessment: Your name, email address, current job, description of a typical day, what people come to you for, what you would do for free, past jobs (optional), hobbies (optional), and why you visited the page.
Builder's Profile: If you move forward in our process, we collect more detailed information about your business situation across eight sections covering your life, your idea, your customer, your finances, your obstacles, your motivation, how you work, and general background questions.
Communications: If you email us, send a direct message, or communicate with us through any channel, we keep those messages so we can respond and follow up.
Website Data: Our site may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and database services (Supabase). We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your information is accessible only to Al Gibson, the founder and sole operator of FORDEV. Your data isn't shared with employees, contractors, or partners unless you give written consent. If FORDEV brings on team members in the future, access to your data will be limited to people directly involved in delivering your engagement.

If you submit a Break Ground form or Skill Assessment and don't enroll in the D.A.G. Sprint, your data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you enroll, your data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 24 months for follow-up support and record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Al Gibson directly.
Your data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security enabled, which means database access is restricted at the row level. We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. We don't store payment card information on our servers. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors with their own security certifications.
